The DragRace Concepts Universal Side Body Mount Base is an optional body mount accessory that is compatible with a wide variety of drag racing chassis. These body mount bases are one component in a body mount system that provides a cleaner look when compared to screw and clip style body mounts. Plus, this system creates a more secure bracing system that helps to prevent the sides of the body from moving during a run. Installation may require drilling a single M3 hole in the chassis plate for each mount. The body mount base attaches to the chassis and provides a secure mount for the body mount posts (DRC-369 - not included). Mounting Hardware Included.

Combine this base with DRC Body Mount Posts and Body Mount Hangers to build the full assembly. The base uses a set screw to make length adjustments to the 125mm long posts, allowing compatibility with a variety of different width bodies. The hangers install on the side of the body and create a secure connection with the mounting posts and are the final component in the assembly. Mounting base (DRC-367/DRC-368), mounting posts (DRC-369) and hangers (DRC-370) are required to build a complete assembly.
